STEVEN M. McGUIRE
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. McGuire is an experienced litigator handling a broad spectrum of litigation claims, including personal injury, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death and other contract and tort claims for domestic and international clients. Mr. McGuire performs these services for individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, insurance companies, retailers, industry associations, product manufacturers, and other clients.
Mr. McGuire also represents clients in litigation matters involving medical malpractice, breach of contract, fraud as well as commercial leasing litigation arising under Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including mediation, discovery, law and motion, trial, appeals and complex settlements in both state and federal courts and before arbitrators and regulators throughout the country.
Mr. McGuire has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law where he was the Editor of the Syracuse Law & Technology Journal. He is a certified Rescue Diver, Nitrox Diver and a TDI and IANTD Closed Circuit Rebreather Diver. Mr. McGuire is also a former United States Marine and served as a tank commander during the 1991 Persian Gulf War.
